Made for the Minimalist TTRPG Jam.

Snow is a GM-less, meditative tabletop roleplaying game that puts a player in the role of someone who is clearing snow from a driveway while trying to clear their mind. It’s falling thick out there and plenty has already piled up.

When playing solo, Snow most closely resembles a journaling game because the game prompts you to give voice to your character’s thoughts or write them down. While playing as a group, Snow becomes a venture of collaborative storytelling as players take turns sharing their character’s internal reflections while they dig out.

Through the game, each character will progress in processing a Trouble, a difficult situation that has been consuming your thoughts lately. By the game’s end, your driveway will be clear and your mind will be clearer.

This game is for one to four players, and will take roughly 30 minutes to an hour to play.  Snow is playable by itself. It could also easily be added to another game system as a minigame.

Oh, that's a nice game. I will try to integrate it into my HeroQuest campaign. The characters of my players will soon experience a winter that will not end because the greatest of their gods has been deposed. We'll see if they can come to terms with their situation while shoveling snow.

Aaron, thanks for checking it out! I would love to hear how that session goes. It sounds like a perfect fit!

Hey sampetto, I added your game to Goodreads, and wrote a tiny review.

Alexander, what a gift that review was! Thank you so much.
